By purchasing this 3D Design Package, you are here by authorizing Paradise Restored to proceed with a Backyard 3D Design plan at the address you have provided. 

I agree to the following design service -

3d Backyard Design Visualization

Includes:

  • Designer Meeting & Collaboration
  • Interpretation of Client Provided Site Measurements into Base Map Development
  • 2D Design in Full Color
  • 3D Perspective Renderings
  • Color Inspiration of Materials
  • Revisions: 1st concept plus up to 2 included revisions (addtl. changes available at an hourly rate)

*Many locations have specific restrictions related to structure heights and proximity to your property line. Before executing the design process, client is responsible to verify project is in compliance with local code and can be legally installed. Contact your local Planning, Permitting and Building municipality to locate property lines and inquire about building setbacks.

The Landscape Design provided as a result of this agreement does not include an accompanying Planting Design, list of species, or other definitive details on the timing, cost, or selections for planting. As part of the visualization, we soften the space with placeholder plants. However, live plants are affected by regional climate, soil, and exposure. They require more consideration that can be accomplished remotely. You may be able to bring your scaled concept to a local nursery and ask them to help find similar selections adapted to your site and climate.

By signing this agreement you are hereby authorizing Paradise Restored to complete the work mentioned in the above proposal. Our Design is considered complete after we finish the final included revision or after 1 month of no email response communication. Paradise Restored is Design firm and all plans will be conceptual in nature. While we can help with conceptual visualization, we are limited in the level of detail we are able to provide.

Paradise Restored is a Design Firm and does not create or assume responsibility for creating “Engineered Drawings”. The Design created from this authorization is intended for conceptual/artistic purposes only and are not intended for architectural use. The Design fee is non-refundable


Photo/Video Release: We are authorized to publish photographs and or video that have been captured during this process.
