DESCRIPTION

By purchasing this 3D Design Package, you are here by authorizing Paradise Restored to proceed with a Backyard 3D Design plan at the address you have provided. 

Paradise Restored will design a plan as described in this design package (see below for details).

For the design package, the cost of the design will be reduced by 50% of your design fee upon contracting a significant portion of the said landscape plan with Paradise Restored.

• Up to 3 Included Revisions after the initial design presentation (addtl. changes billable hourly)

The cost provided on the front of this document, corresponding to the design package you have initialed above. Some items are not included in the Landscape Design or initial estimate for landscape construction as they are beyond the scope of the initial conceptional work and must be determined at the time of construction, should you choose to utilize Paradise Restored Landscaping in the construction of your landscape project. These items may include but are not limited to structural engineering, permitting fees, specialty contractor services such as Electrical, Plumbing, and Painting services, appliances, counter-top materials, and some additional specialty items.

Planting Plans & Species Selection

While the conceptual Landscape Design may include plants and trees in the initial drawings, these are conceptual only and do not depict any final planting plan, and are only placed within the drawing to illustrate a potential aesthetic choice or selection.

The Landscape Design provided as a result of this agreement does not include an accompanying Planting Design, list of species, or other definitive details on the timing, cost, or selections for planting. Planting designs are included as part of the construction process, the design of which will commence only within the final phase of the landscape construction project and include up to 3 revisions after the initial design presentation (addtl. changes billable hourly).

Photo/Video Release: We authorized to publish photographs and or video that have been captured during this process.

Before executing the design process, client is responsible to verify project is in compliance with local code and can be legally installed. Contact your local Planning, Permitting and Building municipality to locate property lines and inquire about building setbacks.
